Yes you can use Direct X in C#.

you can use c# in linux using something called MONO:

Reply:Yes, you can. You should download DirectX 9 SDK which has managed extensions. Once installed you can add reference you DirectX .Net DLLs and use Microsoft.DirectX name space.
